Sara L. Duncan joined e-Title Services, LLC in July of 2017 as office manager. Sara is currently a licensed title agent in Ohio. For 32 years prior to joining e-Title Services, LLC, she held various positions in the banking industry. She started her banking career with Toledo Trust in 1985 working as a drive-thru teller while going to college. From there she held several positions from teller supervisor with Society Bank to branch operations manager to Senior Call Center Representative in the Accounts Payable Department with KeyBank for over 28 years total experience.
From that point, Sara continued her banking experience with Sun Federal Credit Union for over 2 years and then focused more interest in commercial banking where she was hired by Signature Bank N. A. in September of 2015 and was employed there until joining E-Title Services, LLC, in 2017. Sara received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo in 1989, and majored in marketing.
Sara lives in Northwood, Ohio and have been married to her husband Ronald for 34 years. They have 3 grown children and a Golden Retriever named Jake. They are both very active in their community and with their church.
Patricia L. Kost is excited to be at e-Title Services, LLC as the title operations manager. Pat has extensive knowledge of the title industry and has been a licensed title agent in Ohio and Michigan for 20 years.
Prior to becoming a title operations manager and licensed title agent, Pat was employed by other title companies in the Toledo area, searching residential and commercial real estate in numerous counties in Ohio and Michigan. She also has additional background in real estate as a former licensed Realtor in Ohio and from working in the mortgage department of a local bank.
Pat earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Toledo, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She has been a member of the American Land Title Association and the Ohio Land Title Association, and has been an active affiliate member of the Toledo Regional Association of Realtors, Northwestern Ohio Board of Realtors, Greater Bowling Green Area Real Estate Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of Northwest Ohio, and Toledo Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors, serving on numerous committees. She is a past treasurer for the Toledo Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors and the chairperson of its annual golf outing. Pat lives in Perrysburg, Ohio with her husband Donald and their Brittany Spaniel, Chip. Pat and Donald have a family of six children and twelve grandchildren, and they are both active in their community
